COURSE OVERVIEW
Major Outage or Plant Turn Around is a ‘necessary evil’, eating a big portion of Plant Availability and sometimes were dragged away from the target finish date. There are two issues of Outage Management: Optimize the time duration and Optimize the interval between outage. This course will introduce the participants with the concept of applying Risk Evaluation and Prioritization developed by EPRI in order optimize Outage planning, execution and post execution to achieve overall reliability and availability target.
