COURSE OVERVIEW
These courses provide training in industrial lubricants, machinery lubrication, contamination control and oil sampling. This course acquires the knowledge necessary to understand the important lubricant properties and how to select correct lubricants for each machine application. Learn how to red & understand oil analysis reports, set optimum oil analysis limits, reduce oil consumption and achieved maximum life out of lubricants. This course is designed to help you prepare for the ICML Level I Machine Lubrication Technician (MLA) certification.
As for the certification training we are collaborating with ICMI, and the certification exam will be supervised by the trusted education agency in the city.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Plant technicians who responsible for the daily activities associate with lubrication tasks and basic lubricant analysis for machine condition monitoring, including, oil changes, top-ups, greasing bearings, lubricant receiving and proper storage and care of lubricants; dispensing devices and basic oil sampling, contamination control and problem detection
The ICML certification program follows the ISO 18436-4, Category II standard.
